Innodisk Recognized with "1.5°C Climate Target" Label for Carbon Reduction

In response to the global trend of climate change, the technology industry is actively drawing up low-carbon transformation blueprints. Innodisk, a global leader in AI solutions and industrial-grade flash storage, was honored on June 27, 2025, with the "Corporate Carbon Reduction Thermometer (TRIPs Label)" by the CommonWealth Sustainability Forum. After review, its carbon reduction pathway was confirmed to meet the Paris Agreement goal of limiting global temperature rise to 1.5°C, earning it recognition as a committed enterprise in carbon reduction.

The TRIPs label program is jointly initiated by Taiwan’s leading media outlet CommonWealth Magazine, Tunghai University, and a network of academic and industry experts. It is currently the only platform that combines international evaluation standards with local enterprise data for verification. Innodisk successfully passed a rigorous assessment process, demonstrating a high level of maturity in its sustainability strategy, carbon reduction planning, and emissions management—further showcasing its determination and capacity for transitioning to net-zero.

Innodisk has long regarded ESG as a core business strategy and continues to actively implement carbon management and climate initiatives. Since 2019, the company has conducted greenhouse gas inventories and adopted a scientific carbon reduction framework, achieving steady annual reductions in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. Additionally, it is progressing toward its medium-term goal of having renewable energy account for 50% of total electricity use by 2030 and has committed to achieving full net-zero carbon emissions by 2050—gradually building a sustainable operating model that balances business efficiency with environmental responsibility.

Receiving the TRIPs label not only affirms Innodisk’s achievements in carbon management but also marks a significant milestone in its alignment with international net-zero standards. Looking ahead, Innodisk will continue to integrate technological innovation with environmental sustainability, enhance climate governance, and strengthen energy efficiency management—taking comprehensive actions to fulfill its responsibility to society, the environment, and future generations, and contributing concrete efforts toward a global net-zero transition.
