International Development
Founded in 2005, Innodisk has now become the world’s leading brand of industrial storage and embedded peripherals. Innodisk not only holds a significant place in both domestic and foreign markets, but also actively engages in early preparation for its operational development in 3~5 years, i.e., strengthening our capabilities in researching and manufacturing.
Currently, Innodisk has established a research and manufacturing center in Yilan Science Park in response to the business developmental plans. The four-story Silver-tier Green Building, which is 13,223 square meters large, provides a high-quality manufacturing environment and workplace for employees.
Employee Benefits
Innodisk sees employees’ health and life-work balance as an important part of its company culture. We value the physical and mental health of our employees and their families.
We not only improve the family care of employees through maternity subsidies, childcare allowances, scholarships for employees' children, and corporate family days, but also have been gradually strengthening the physical and mental health care of employees since 2015. We provide a monthly health consultation with the factories’ designated doctors, biyearly medical examinations, and subsidies for illness and accident. Besides, there are various activities such as annual company trips, art activities, speeches, sports competitions, etc.
Furthermore, the implementation of the ISO45001 certification is a testament to Innodisk’s concerns for employees’ “safety and health”. Innodisk not only monitors the potential threats to safety and health in our working environment through risk identification, but also actively reaches for the accident-free goal under the premise of complying with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and related regulations.
Caring for Social Welfare
In 2015, the chairman at that time, Richard Lee, called upon the Board to pool resources into establishing the “Innodisk Education Foundation”, striving to act under our business philosophy of “sharing” and “taking up responsibilities”. Believing that children are the future of society, Innodisk Education Foundation devotes itself to helping underprivileged students complete their education and thereby become the foundation for society’s stabilization and growth.
Environmental Protection
Environmental problems are a derivative of economic development, and protecting the environment is an urgent issue. In critical moments like this, enterprises should take responsibility and do their part for environmental sustainability. Innodisk aims to achieve net zero by 2050. At present, Innodisk has been continuously surveying greenhouse gas emissions every year and obtained the ISO14064-1. Since 2012, Innodisk has also successively obtained ISO14001, QC080000, and ISO45001 certifications. Being certified by these systems, we hope to prevent pollution and reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.
Additionally, with the help of the Taiwan Energy-Saving Patrol Team, Innodisk went through a company-wide energy conservation and carbon reduction evaluation. Innodisk aims to become a “green corporation” and will continuously strive to become a corporation that “reduces energy consumption and carbon emissions to care for our planet”.
