Statistics on Occupational Injuries
- To achieve occupational safety and health management with a higher standard, Innodisk applied to the accumulative records on the occupational accident-free working hours in March 2014. As of December 2020, we have accumulated more than 5.96 million accident-free hours. Furthermore, Innodisk received its fourth record certificate for occupational accident-free working hours from the Industrial Safety and Health Association of the R.O.C. (Taiwan) (ISHA) in May 2020. With the above achievements, Innodisk unites employees to work safely and securely as we strive to achieve our goal of creating an occupational accident-free working environment.
- In 2020, no occupational accidents occurred to any of our contractors.
- No occupational accidents or incidents regarding industrial safety have occurred in our factories. Hence, the disabling injury frequency rate (DIFR) and disabling injury severity rate (DISR) are both zero. (The three traffic accidents that occurred to our employees when commuting to and from work in 2020 are not included.)
